Departure Procedure
International Flights (Terminal 1)
Your driver will be waiting for your arrival inside the terminal with your name sign. The driver will help you with your luggage and will walk you to the vehicle. Passengers that take more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive will be considered a 'No Show'.
Domestic Flights (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3)
Your driver will be waiting for you inside the terminal with your name sign by the baggage carousel where you are collecting your luggage from. The driver will help you with your luggage and will walk you to the vehicle. Passengers that take more than 45 minutes to arrive will be considered a 'No Show'.

*Frequency: Every 30 minutes
*Duration: 45 to 60 minutes

- Children five (5) years old and under are free, but will need to sit on a parent or guardian's lap if there are no available seats.
- Child seats are available at an additional fee. Please select the add-on upon booking.

- If you cannot locate your driver or experiencing any delays, please contact the local tour operator. Your voucher has the necessary contact information listed.
- If you have additional luggage than the specified amount, an additional of 05.00 AUD will be charged per piece. Any heavy or bulky luggage more than 23 kilograms will be charged extra at the discretion of the driver. Surfboards, bicycles and the like will be charged 10.00 AUD each. Please indicate how many pieces of luggage you will have at the time of booking.
